Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Oh, it was you P-C? I wondered if it had a Buffista origin like the use of 'wrod' or a child comment or something like that.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I have DVDs! Yay!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Oh, it was you P-C?

I think I've used it recently too, yeah. I don't think it's a Buffista-specific term.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

No, "made of win" (and its counterpart "made of fail") is definitely not Buffista origin. I asked for its etymology here once, and no one knew. But I think it's in general geek circulation.

Hm, "made of fail" doesn't roll of the tongue as well. It's the dueling f's.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

"made of fail" doesn't roll of the tongue as well

That's because they left an L out, it should be "made of flail."

when i die, please bake my ashes into a brick and use me to hit fascists.

Yeah, I think I randomly picked it up off of LiveJournal or something. (I've also recently picked up "FTW!" from Wil Wheaton, which I then had to go look up--"for the win!".) I have this verbal (vocabularial?) osmosis thing. If I've been reading Diana Gabaldon I'll start typing more Scots...

Also, yay DVDs! I don't know why the case is quite so fat, but the art is about 1000% better, so yay! Also, I didn't think I could love the cast more, but the cast commentary just made me flail. It's too bad Summer's so quiet, because she didn't really say much and her take on things would have been interesting.

In another two years, will we get another with commentary from Morena, Sean, Jewel, Alan, and Gina? I'll totally buy it.

Are these new FF dvds or the new version of Serenity?

Collector's edition of Serenity. (wait, are we getting new FF DVDs? 'cuz it could definitely use even more commentary. Also, not a frickin' obvious photo of *Mars* on each disc.)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I got to watch "Serenity" on my friend's hi-def big-screen. Wow the details! I am in love with that ship. Some things I noticed... I bet Kaylee did the stencils in the kitchen. River bites her nails. Simon is cuter in low-def.
