Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Firefly, the next generation.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh my, that's funny.

Michael Dorn as Dr. Boo-Boo, the kindly Reaver. Ship's Medic.

It's funny 'cause it's true. Or, it would be true in the Trek 'verse.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Andromeda basically did that with the pacifist Magog reverend its first couple of seasons.

They also neutered the Nietzscheans with Steve Bacic's final Rhade. It's a thing. No danger.

But, hey, Andromeda.

I was willing to forgive the lack of danger somewhat in that case because they replaced it with a bulk-sized order of pretty.

I like Rhade, but he's no Tyr. Not even close.

Unsurprisingly to me, I agree with ita. Though, I will admit that the Rhade guy is a hottie, and was maybe even moreso as Camulus for some reason.

But Tyr wins.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Ronon.

When he first came on, I swear to god I was like "I don't know if I can stand to watch this every week."'

(FYI, I got over it.)

I had this reaction to Baywatch Hawaii, but it was somewhat differently motivated. And I kept watching, because I needed me some Momoa.

If I only had a brain...

Ronon seems like Tyr Lite.
