Firefly 4: Also, we can kill you with our brains
Discussion of the Mutant Enemy series, Firefly, the ensuing movie Serenity, and other projects in that universe. Like the other show threads, anything broadcast in the US is fine; spoilers are verboten and will be deleted if found.
"Serenity" is so good! It's got a bunch of weird directorial moments (mostly Inara-related), but for the most part, it's incredibly well shot. And well plotted. And tense. And setting up things that come into play later in the series. And fuck you, Fox.
aw, I got denied a ticket for the Boston screening on Thursday. Boo!

Damn, they're a good looking couple
Rorwr! Manomanomanoman.

I really liked her at DragonCon. She seemed very down-to-earth and funny.
The blog screening confirmation included a link to a site filled with art to promote the film. This is the first time I've seen the English version of the international poster that surfaced in German recently. I love that image.
I like it.
Have we ever seen Inara handle a gun?
Trash, when she beats Saffron to the Lassiter.
