To all ye much more experienced in fandom than I:
Is it considered rude to pimp Firefly and Serenity on another fandom's board if one is asked about it?

They are just starting out over there and so many people are cranky and trying to establish rules. I just (for once in my life) don't want to piss anyone off.

If the people I've asked now can all make it -- so freaking pretty. Of course, last year was pretty, and there are a passel of pretty backups if they can't do it.

Tamara - I think don't see how minor Serenity pimping could od any harm on the Fuse LB, were it part of an OT Firefly discussion.
Also a good idea might be to open a Firefly thread on the Threaded Board over there. There is a section for all things OT, and might be nice for Firefly-Loving Fuselagers to have everything in one place.
