Finally managed to watch the new trailer, as my internets are taking the piss today.
Is it redundant to say how much I love it? Definitely my favourite so far. It's far more with the funny this time, plus we get a little bit more of the sequences we've been shown.
If someone wants to give me Edinburgh tickets, I've a first-born going begging.

Definitely more with the funny, but I actually wish we didn't get that little bit more. I like trailers for just teasing, and I don't want to be able to glean
too
much information from a trailer. I don't want it to take away the effect of some of the lines or events while watching the movie itself.
But I'm still loving the trailers because they look so fucking cool that I'd be excited about this movie even if I'd never seen the show. I mean, what's not to love? Funny! Exciting! Explosions!
The effects look really good now also.
I still wonder where River gets her clothes. Did Simon pack her stuff for her?
(that wouldn't sound as wrong with other bro/sis pairs)
It is being reported on whedonesque that Joss will not be appearing at DragonCon. I have no idea if the report has any validity.
The movie looks blue.
The series looked brown.
I wonder what this means.
They were paid a visit by
Queer Eye for the Browncoat Guy?
Joss is in his Blue Period?
The scenes that are blue all take place inside the Matrix?

t shrug
He's still listed on the DragonCon website.
Honestly, if he does pull out? It won't actually break my heart, since maybe it will help the Firefly panels not be insanely crowded and competitive.
