Firefly 4: Also, we can kill you with our brains
Discussion of the Mutant Enemy series, Firefly, the ensuing movie Serenity, and other projects in that universe. Like the other show threads, anything broadcast in the US is fine; spoilers are verboten and will be deleted if found.
Raquel, there was a fair bit of discussion in Spoilers last week after several of us saw the advance screening. Super spoilerrific, obviously.
So I know a few days back there were a few people who thought they might have an extra ticket to the Boston screening. Is there still one available? My housemate is dying to see it, and of course, I'm dying for her to see it so I don't have to keep my mouth shut for the next four months. Can anyone help me out? Profile address is good, or give a shout in here.
tianxiaode- Yes! That was me sitting next to you.
I should've known that when I asked the crowd if there was a seat that wasn't taken, the only person to speak up & offer a seat would be a Buffista.
And I apologize once again for stepping on your feet.
t despises, in a really mean and envious way, everyone who has seen the preview
Aw, Gus, you're CUTE when you're mean and envious.
Robin, my scrappy sweetling, I'm always cute. The mean and the envious are just bonus male display, like peacock feathers.
I'm not envious of those who've seen the preview (much). After all, they have to start earning lots of toasters.
Trains: Phoebe from FFF went to the London preview which started 25 minutes late. Poor thing had to leave before the movie was finished to catch her train. Link to her post, which has an invisibled spoiler.

I would so assiduously earn toasters if there were only a preview near me. Of course, I've earned a few (movie) toasters without seeing the movie, but think of how many more with real viewage. This is a long way of saying that I am still horribly envious.
Aw, thanks, bicyclops, but my feet are fine. I was wearing my Doc Martens, anyway. You'd have had to jump on them or something to be noticed.
