Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

The opening lines of the premiere of Family Guy had me cracking up. "If all those shows go down the tubes, we might have a shot!"

I may have to seize the cat.

Yes. I'll be interested to see my boyf's reaction to that part of the show. I don't know if he'd seen the previews.

Compassionately intolerant

Simon's outfit in that photo immediately reminded me of McCoy in his doc smock. Must be the [blue] . See the upper-rightmost card.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Went to h2g2 on Sunday. I saw the beginning of a trailer with a shot of a world. It looked vaguely sci-fi. We had already seen the SW trailer, so I got all excited, almost cheering. Then it turned out to be a trailer for Chicken Little. Clever tie-in and all, but crap.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

I saw the same one libkitty. I was disappointed to not see the trailer for Serenity. I even asked at the guest services desk and they said they didn't even have it in hand yet.

Good idea, beathen. I didn't check, but I can't imagine what else they would have it with instead. The Amityville Horror?

I am so bummed. On the positive side, there were cheers in the theater when "For Douglas" came up on the screen. Douglas Adams was a brilliant man. And maybe they'll have the BDT with Kingdom of Heaven.

Obviously what needs to happen is all the Buffistas need to drive to Durham and come see HG2G with ME on Saturday, because we know based on both Calli's and my boyfriend's roommate's word that it is playing there.
