I would be loathe to assume that the trailer is representative of much other than what its editors thought was cool. Kaylee could be in every single other frame in the movie, just that the editors were all over the River love.

Dinosuars are important for continuity. Now I have to see moving pitchers to confirm the presence of The Three Switches.
A line from the trailer confirms for me that the Snark of Wash is present. Zoe's hand on Wash's shoulder from the trailer confirms for me that Hot!Married!Sex! is present, whether there's actually time to actually portray that or not.
