Oy infinitum. I'm sorry I started all this. Let's just chalk it up to me feeling a tad overprotective of SERENITY (partly because I think it's going to be a tougher sell than THE INSIDE), it being Joss' first big screen movie and all directorial-wise.

I think some think that Serenity will be the most amazing thing ever ... and others are lamenting the fact that it is no longer a continuing television series.
I may be naive, but I continue to hope for both multiple movies and a tv series of some sort, even if it's somewhat different from the original. It's not as good as having multiple seasons of Firefly, but I'll take whatever I can get and beg for more. I never would have thought we would have actually gotten the movie either, but that didn't stop me from pimping like crazy.
signed, conflicted about whether or not to pay over $500 to come to a party by Allyson for the opening (with the bonus of meeting laistas and seeing LA), or to just use that money to see the movie many times at home, either of which may give some idea of how much I adore that bright bug.
