Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I keep thinking I should like Pizza Hut, but nope. Don't remember Domino's -- I like Papa John of the large chains, because that pepper and flavoured butter thing is amazing. But I think they pissed me off, so I get from a local place that's okay. No garlicky butter though, or bacon (other than Canadian) as a topping option.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Just a quick survey: Who here eats the crust?

Usually, unless it's not worth the effort. Sometimes the crust just doesn't taste that good, you know? At Pizza Hut, we get breadstick sauce and dip the crusts in them.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I do think it is really funny that I'm more likely to avoid a chihuahua or a pom out of worry than I am a great dane or the drool monster, a leonburger.

Yep. I was severely bitten by a dachshund when I was around four. I've been snapped at by chihuahuas. The rottweilers I've met, however, have been total sweetiepies. And I told them so to their faces. Their response: [pant] [pant] [languishing "pet my tummy" looks].

I love big dawgs.

And, re: pizza, there's a local chain called Amantes that I love. Their crust is well worth the eating, and they have loads of terrific toppings.

When I was growing up, I never ate the crust. Now I usually do, depending on how hungry I am.

information libertarian

If the crust isn't worth eating, the pizza wasn't worth buying, IMO.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Survey: Favorite underrated topping?

Mine: pineapple!

Feta cheese. Although maybe that's not underrated, but god, it sounds tasty right about now.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Back in college when I still ate pizza, the hands-down favorite was PieWorks(?) They were all about many ingredients and some fairly untypical-for fastfood (a favorite involved spinach and portobello 'shrooms.) And there was also the dessert pies where the sauce was a sweet cream cheese concoction and you could get all sorts of fruits and candies and whatnot on top.

I'm not sure if that was a local chain or what. I only ever saw them in NC.
