WASHINGTON – The White House has eliminated funding for a mission to service the Hubble Space Telescope from its 2006 budget request and directed NASA to focus solely on de-orbiting the popular spacecraft at the end of its life, according to government and industry sources.
eta: It's still possible Congress might restore the funding.

I don't understand how anyone could have thought THAT MUCH MUSTARD on a sandwich was a good idea. I scraped some off and still, long after the sandwich is gone, I'm still feeling the effects of strong mustard on my sinuses.
