Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

they may have changed their language

Yep, looks like the words "in connection with any violation of the Agreement" were inserted on 28 June 2004.

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

t after extensive email related googling

Click through EULA's can't be contracts. Any contract a party can change after the agreement has to be bogus.

Right?

Right?!

Hammurabi was a wee small babe when I entered this airport. I swear it.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Gus is coming home?

So marvelous! Sorry I hadn't heard -- my nefarious employer is interfering with my Buffista-time. No B.org between 7 am and 5 pm on weekdays, argh.

Ah, well, at least they don't block LJ or my mail.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ryan should really have more experience and know better. On the other hand, I can't imagine the nightmare of trying to move drunken Lindsey again. Still, better than the most likely alternative.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Fun! Details? I've never sung karaoke, but we always talk about doing it. And yet... haven't.

This was kind of a low-stress way to do it: We rented a room in a bar with a karaoke set-up. So more expensive, but less public. In real bar karaoke, I hardly ever sing a solo, but in the room, I did the second song. Generally, I like to go to places with karaoke, and just sing along with the people "officially" doing the songs.

Poor Gus. "Great. Another exciting adventure in sitting."

All of recorded history has passed by since the "flight will be delayed" announcement. The original announcement was in, I think, Aramaic. Languages have changed so much, since then.

Hmmm. Renting a room. That might be a way to ease into it. Hmmm.

OK, think I should be sleeping now. 'Night.

Hope they let you leave before the Sun goes supernova (or whatever that's called), Gus.
