I watched 30 minutes of Point Pleasant and my God, I want those minutes back. It's just godawful. Crap acting, blah dialog, shoddy editing, ludicrous premise--you name it, it's got it.
I watched Point Pleasant, and I think Vonnie is being too kind. Also, my head hurts from being hit by anvils.

P-C, I don't think it's ever been implied (well, not by folks around me) that every black person has to be magical. However, the magic isn't the literal sort that Walt may be showing. It's the loving healing closer to the earth mothery sort the other lady had.

WRT the metro? They are definitely BACK in LA. Period. She lives here, same apartment. Melrose lunch and they keep showing flyovers of the city.
