The thing that confuses me most is women who wear a skirt or a dress with jeans underneath. It just offends my sense of aesthetics.
The skirt, I don't get. But I do have a few cotton dresses that are short enough to look better with pants underneath. (Plus the added benefit of being able to sit down and damn way I want.)

I used to do this all the time. Less so now, but I'm still pretty fond of it. Cute retro sun dress over faded turn-ups with Converse? Pretty much my dream outfit.
Edited because with punctuation? Less is more. And by 'less', I mean 'the correct amount'.

women weraing capri-length cargo-style pants, with ribbon ties at the bottom of the legs to bunch up the pant legs, worn with stiletto-spike heels.
