Timelies all. And a massive "Gronk!" with a side of "Thwump!"
What a wasted weekend, and not in the good way. Other than watching the Pats absolutely demolish Indy I got nothing done I had planned on (movies, laundry, packing, etc. - nada), and managed to get behind by several thousand posts here (just 'caught up here if you couldn't tell).
I don't know if it's the weather or everything I have to do to get ready to move but I was feeling seriously down in the dumps this weekend, despite taking Friday off and getting Monday as a holiday. If my long weekends are going to be like that, I'd be better off at work. To top it off, I got about 2 hours sleep total last night (not entirely unexpected after that kind of weekend).
Energy and motivation-ma would be muchly appreciated.
And now back to your regularly scheduled natter.
Hil, even though I take fewer classes next semester, and TA the same amount of hours, they're spread over more days. Just like you, I'm still not sure what I prefer.
Ginger, snerk. Everybody I know who served in the army tells stories about falling asleep in the most impossible places, including while actually walking.
Frank, energy~ma (what holiday was it on Monday?)
Martin Luther King Day, Nilly.
Ha! I have nothing to fear from ita.
Well, as long as you keep your celeb crushes minimal.
Much though I fear ita's hypothetical attacks on my body, her all-too-real attacks on my logic are far more terrifying.

They are at maximum capacity, babee!

So true. She's like a Logic Ninja.
Someone in my office has chinese food. And it smells reaaaaalllly good. Unfortunately, it is 20 degrees outside (minus 7 for you celcius freaks), so the prospect of getting chinese food is a bit daunting. oh, and there's wind chill, so bad that some schools opened late this morning so that it could warm up for this kids waiting at the bus stop.
