'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Timelies!

My back is much much better today -- good enough that I didn't even think about what a pain it was on Saturday night until a little while ago. And there's a tiny coverlet of snow all over. So I may not take my car out at all, which is fine with me....

I can't believe Fuggin It Up haven't weighed in on the Golden Globes yet. What are they doing? Sleeping? Observing a national holiday? C'mon people, we need you!

This is bigger than Brad and Jen!

Teen actresses Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are going their separate ways - the twins have now decided to live apart. Pals of the 18-year-old beauties tell America's Star magazine Mary-Kate will move out of their New York City apartment and into a spacious loft of her own. A source says, "Mary-Kate and Ashley want to do the independent thing and live on their own. They're twins, and I think they just want to find their own identities. They don't want to be identified as the same person." While the twins' representative Michael Pagnotta has declined to comment on the stars' living arrangements, he insists there isn't a rift between the pair. He explains, "They do a lot of things together and a lot of things individually. They're good friends; all this rift stuff is nonsense." One pal says Mary-Kate will be moving away from the TriBeCa home she shares with Ashley because she wants a place better suited to her favored pastime of painting. Despite her plans to move, sources say they're likely to be living together again once construction on their $7.3 million apartment in the West Village's Morton Square is completed later this year.

What is even happening?

Maybe the fug bloggers are West-Coast based? Still, you think they would have pulled an all-nighter for Halle's Picasso boobage, alone, not to mention Cate Blanchett's (whom I love and think is gorgeous) rosette, and did anyone manage to see a shot Eliza Dushku? I saw it in a slide show, so I'm not sure how to link to the photo. She looks like Rainbow Brite puked on her.

WROD! I keep checking for an update and keep getting disappointed.

Oh, Eliza.

Socks are a running theme throughout the series. They are used as symbols of freedom, redemption and love.

Say, there seems to be a whole lot of snow outside! Who'd a thunk?

Thankfully my boss said not to worry about trying to get in to work. He hasn't gone in and he lives next door. I've offered to do work if they email me something, so my conscience is clear.

My conscience is also urging me to make cinnamon buns. Wait, that's my stomach.

Swouncing

VW, will you get any real-vacation-do-nothing time?

So there was some sort of ceremony with clothes to snark at (my clueless tag never closes). Buffistas are my international news-source.

Ouise! I never even congratulated you on the job and the exams-passing and stuff, that's how long I hadn't posted with you!

I chose a good day to waste time play with the internet, lots of screen names I hadn't seen in a long time. In fact, when considering my lack-of-logging-in lately, that's pretty much everybody who shows up. Hello, everybody!

Mine, too. The snark of last night and this morning was inspired by Golden Globe Awards, Nilly. I didn't watch them. I just wait for the Buffistas to link to the photos.

I'm feeling very alone in my Eliza snark.

Mostly lurking...

VW, will you get any real-vacation-do-nothing time?

Oh, I did that over Christmas and New Year's. Plus, this weekend I'm going to Michigan to see Joe, Aimee, Emeline, JohnSweden, and maybe a few other Buffistas. It should be much fun.

Hey, Nilly, on Saturday we had Emily's big 30th birthday party. Would you like to see pictures?

Edit: Cindy, you're not alone. That dress was hideous! And the pose? Very strange.
