I just think it's rather odd that a nation that prides itself on its virility should feel compelled to strap on forty pounds of protective gear just in order to play rugby.

I'm not in the sprawl zone, but I'm feeling antsy. Too much work, too much expenses, too many stressed out people, not enough exercise.

Some of these things wouldn't be fixed by moving, but ...

Can someone tell me what happened in the last five minutes of WaT?

The last scenes I remember were arresting the guard and the head of the Aryan group being shown his wife and daughter. I mainly want to know what happened to the missing convict.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

'Suela! You're home! t pours you the scotch

I've barely been home three hours, and now gotta get ready for bed so that I could put in God knows how many hours at work tomorrow. Thank Jebuslug I'm off this weekend, or I might be tempted to commit a hari-kari with the fruit knife.

The Snape/Hermione fic mentioned before sounds like Yahtzee's The Bloody Stare of Mars. A good fic. She did interesting things with the power dynamic between the two, I thought. But I don't usually read HP so I may be off base there.

Just catching up with the TiVo'd shows. I give thumbs-up to The O.C.. OK, I'm just watching the beginning of CSI and..

....

!!

Eeeewwwwww.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Cartoon network's Adult Swim will have a special preview of "Elektra" Starring Jennifer Garner at Midnight (ET) tonight.

That's about 10 minutes.

I have no further info.

Cool. I missed a little of the lead up but they found out from the head of the Aryan's that it was all a set up. The missing convict had really turned around and refused to kill the witness against the big guy. The fight was a set-up, and the missing guy was dragged off by the guards to the chapel, where the kid was waiting. He'd cut a deal with Aryan guy for protection.

Missing Guy knew what was up right away, but didn't really say anything. The kid was almost pleading with him, wanting to know why he couldn't just go through with killing the witness. MG said "so you do this and you'll be safe?" The kid nods, and MG grabs him by the shirt but then wraps his arms around him and says "God loves you." Whereupon the kid stabs him and then sits with him while he bleeds to death.

Like I said, intense, and kind of disturbingly hot. Y twistedness MV, of course.

Thanks, Brenda. I had gotten involved in it, but then missed the end. One of the things I like about WaT is that there's not always a happy ending.

Yeah. It's sort of a recent find for me and I've really gotten into it.
