We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

All HP slash gives me the heebie jeebies, except for Lust over Pendle (that was good, even if it was a very unlikely pairing--thank you, Buffistas, for linking me to it!).

Same with LotR slash, although I did read a really hot Eomer/Elladan story once...

Life Serial is a great groundhog day title.

I had one sorta crush on a professor. He was loony articulate which was the attraction. ( Reluctantly-post soviet studies, reluctant deluded exmarxist and one day he came in and saw Brothers K left over from a lit course in the same room and proceeded to lecture off the cuff for 2 hours, drawing together Brothers K, Kruschev, Parable of the Grand Inquisitor, Plato's cave, Biblical references Old and New Testament, Islam and the fall of the Soviet Union seemlessly. Post lecture, I titled my notes- 10 pages and I write small- "My First Historical One Lecture Stand".)But it was sorta because he was also an incredibly irritating flake.

Rest of the time in college, my crushes stuck to unattainable fellow students due to them being in Serious Relationships. I played it safe.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Kathy, that is just the sort of Snape/Hermione I would like. Although I am not sure I ever read that one.

I am also a fan of the romance novel sub-genre wherein there is an arranged marriage and THEN the couple falls in love. I credit this to an obsession with the Cary Elwes/Helena Bonham Carter move Lady Jane at the age of 13 or so. Anyway, there is also a huge subgenre of Snape/Hermione fic which deal with a forced marriage...

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Wolfram, I think there is even Weasly twincest fic. Which I am not sure if I find more or less disturbing than the Simon & Simon slash (Buffista redundant conversation # 5, a throwback to the SalonTT days).

Oh, there's lots of it, from what I can tell (note: I don't actually read HP fic usually, but it does seem unseemly popular).
