Shit's all sorts of different now.

How much?

I met a guy who wanted to join a rodeo today. That's about all the interesting I've got. Of course, I met him in the lobby of a global corporate headquarters which has absolutely nothing to do with rodeos, cowboys, horses, steer, roping, or clowns.

Very polite man. Seemed sane. A little confused, I'll grant you, but polite.

Okay, well, clearly the internets want myself and Gus to get married, perhaps setting up a small cheese-producing company.

Thank Jebus for the internets making my decisions for me. God knows what would happen if I had to sort these things out myself.

I can't even.

A: A big city -- don't remember the name. North of Lake Michigan.

He's going to Toronto.

Well, that's sorta true, in a directionally-challenged kinda way. At least it wasn't Montreal.

I'm never getting a passport.

Uh. This part, well, just sorta contributes to the stereotype, dunnit?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How much?

Way too much ($189). But that just makes the 800 count ($99) look reasonable and the 600 count ($69) set almost cheap.

God, I love high thread count sheets.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Did you ever get to try those natural beech sheets from BB&B?

Well, that's sorta true, in a directionally-challenged kinda way.

Well, yeah, but he doesn't know his (already paid-for) destination is. Doesn't know the name of the city he's visiting for personal reasons next month. Somehow knowing the name and effing the geography would bother me less.

This part, well, just sorta contributes to the stereotype, dunnit?

Oh, he sounded almost proud of himself.

Did you ever get to try those natural beech sheets from BB&B?

No, because I discovered I had an addiction and way too many sheets. But now that I think about it, I don't like the sheets for my twin bed. Maybe I should have a look into them.

We love ours so much, that we wash them and put them right back on. We never use our other sheets.

Huh. When did it get so late? I need to pack it in so I'm home in time for CSI.

They have 1200 thread count sheets on sale at Overstock. I just have to get that off my chest.

Jeez! What do they weave them from, spiderwebs? I'm envisioning sheets so smooth that when you lay on the bed you slide across as if it were a wet ice surface.
