Our wings are not tired

I hope the settling in goes well for you. And that bubble gum chewing llama's don't haunt your days.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I hope the settling in goes well for you. And that bubble gum chewing llama's don't haunt your days.

The male hooded seal, during mating season, blows the lining of his nose out like a balloon and waves it around to attract attention. I think it's supposed to be intimidating. (And let's be honest, you'd think twice before approaching someone doing this.) This is what the llama looks like it's doing. Only it could just inflate the lining halfway, and it just looks a bit pathetic, like a balloon when it's lost most of its air and it's getting all pinched and wrinkled.

Where was I going with this? Oh yes. It's not the days that worry me. Especially since my reading matter is mostly Doctor Who books at the moment.

What is even happening?

Sail, did you know aurelia could use the board name LightDesign, if she wanted?

It's a mutant born of twisted science and heresy
Am I the only one surprised a mutant born of twisted science and heresy isn't fabulously comforting to you, billytea?

Hee. Possibly. "You've taken something perverted, and turned it into something sick and wrong!"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wish I could learn/remember to not click through on links in a threadsuck.

Which links and why?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Which links and why?

Outside links? Because the threadsuck page then has to reload?

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Yes, indeed. But ND was the one actually talking about lighting at the time. If aurelia wants to talk about designing home lighting, I'm all ears. After all, she's a heck of a lot closer to me geographically than ND. I'd even be willing to shop at the Ikea in Schaumberg with her.

Only if you use IE for Windows. And it would be the same if it were inside links.

I was wondering if it was a technical reluctance, or a content-based one.
