Also, I wish that mine were wired for electricity. I wonder if I could use the other fixtures to make it work?

At nearly any hardware store you can get a plain socket w/cord & plug. You'd just have to attach the cord to the chain to hold the socket in the right position.

Actually, I've got all the expertise at my fingertips if I wanted it. Most of the project managers at ETC owe me big time for making sure their turn ons go smoothly. I'm sure I could call in a number of favors from them and Tech Services any day of the week. But, really, I have a condo. No challenge for them at all.
