Our wings are not tired.

I never thought I'd be pumping my fist for Specter. But here I am, with the "Right ON, Arlen."

He did surprise me with his behavior, in a good way.

I could swear that Glenn Close was in it.

She's joining the cast this season as Captain Monica Rawling.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

French Toast is not wrong, Lee. I support your right to have French Toast for any meal whatsoever.

"Being hungover is like winning the lottery, except they pay you in regret!" - T-Rex

Y'know, considering I'm a temp at his company, I really shouldn't be too amused by that. I *shouldn't*. But I am.

Uh oh, are those of us who are contracted out by Microsoft not supposed to find that funny either? Because if so, I might be in trouble here too.

What is even happening?

Lee, French Toast for lunch is a wonderful thing.

OK, so Jennifer Garner isn't really suffering from a nasty viral infection as first reported Tuesday. Turns out the actress actually sustained nerve damage to her back while performing a stunt on Alias.
I think they misspelled "is pregnant, but doesn't want to announce it yet."
That's what the Boston Herald speculated on, yesterday (with a picture of her and Ben on the upper corner of the front page, no less). Supposedly the wing she was in had a lot of OB/GYNs or something (but also plastic surgeons, I can't remember if they mentioned neurologists, or orthopedists, etc.). The nerve damage might be right. They had her carrying a big envelope that could have had Xrays in in it. Of course, it could have been an ultrasound thing, too.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Huh, guess Arlen found his previously purloined cojones.

Not a moment too soon. Gonzo the Apologist is a nightmare.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Y'know, considering I'm a temp at his company, I really shouldn't be too amused by that. I *shouldn't*. But I am.

Considering that one of the things that crashed was, or so I hear, something I worked on last contract, I shouldn't be amused either, but...

Dude, I could have TOLD you it's a crash magnet product.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Dude, I could have TOLD you it's a crash magnet product.

That was one of the things I found so freaking funny when I heard about it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They're discussing baby names a couple cubes over from me, and it's very distracting. I'd name him Dante or Scirocco, if we're going Italian. Just call him something already.

That was one of the things I found so freaking funny when I heard about it.

Paul told me about it at lunch, and I couldn't stop giggling, remembering the hell I went through trying to make it work on my dev box.
