Happy Birthday, ita! Has your mother adjusted to her first-born being past that mid-thirty mark?

Dork reminder: Mars Rover NOVA on PBS tonight. I doubt I'm in this one at all, but still, it's a view of your tax dollars at work.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Chatty!co-worker insists that Jonathan Rhys-Meyers is neither fey nor androgynous. Even after I showed him Velvet Goldmine pictures.

Hopeless. Did you pull out that picture of him and Ewan that (Burrell?) posted the other day?

If Jonathan Rhys-Meyers isn't fey, then I'm the King of Prussia.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was amazed that JRM doesn't have to be all fey all the time, but he certainly seems to enjoy his forays into androgyny.

Nice AP article trumpeting the achievements of the Mars mission.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Chatty!co-worker needs (a) his eyes checked or (b) a review of the definitions of "fey" and "androgynous."

He said it's because women's cheekbones are rounder than men's. I should show him a picture of juliana. (Who is most definitely NOT androgynous, not even when she dressed as Eddie Izzard for Halloween.)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I like the picture of him with the boots and the puppy. Mostly because the puppy is posing so... formally.

I showed Chatty the pictures that ita linked, and Chatty said the jaw is too masculine.

?!?!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

While his jaw isn't that manly, surely it's trumped by the slant of those cheekbones, or the fullness of his lips, or those lazily lidded eyes.
