That would have been a great idea, dcp! I adore a bright moon, but a comet viewing would have been nice,
I think I'm giving up now, though...it's laaaaate. Night!
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Well, it is rather nice decollatage.
I would agree, given a better view.
Spelling: I have many skills. Spelling, alas, is not among them. If I must spell my way into your ... favors, then I am doomed.
(dcp, I have thing going, here, that puts comets off to one side. You get the thing, because you are da dude, right?)
You get the thing
I can think of several possibilities, all of them funny, so more power to ya, I guess.
Murphy willing, I have plans for this Saturday evening to take my little telescope to a place about an hour and a half from here that is away from city lights and about two thousand feet higher. That should improve the viewing.
Went to the new IKEA here in Athens yesterday. Survived. Still have not solved any of the lighting problems with my house. Contemplating destructive renovation techniques that would undoubtedly void the lease.
Until then, using many candles.
Everyone is talking lighting. Heh.
I was in a restaurant today that had me wanting to get up and adjust all of their accent lighting.
I've been listening to the song "Over and Over Again," well, over and over again. Because despite the fact that I actually like it, and think it's pretty and all that, the fact that it is a Nelly and Tim McGraw duet is keeping me in giggles. I mean, that is probably the most unlikely pairing anyone could ever have come up with, ever. It's great.
Penguin!
I mean, timelies!
I think it's the distance. It's still over an hour in ick traffic to the nearest IKEA.
And even further for me, since I have to drive past your house to get to it. Sigh. We have no IKEA in my state.

Really? I know you have a higher pop-music tolerance than I do, and it is nice to hear the first few times, but I would think after the 5th listening or so that the lack of variation would drive me insane. Well, further insane. Maybe it's a koan. That would explain it....
Timelies. I'm very sorry I missed the were-monkey romping.
I have not yet visted our IKEA, despite having a $50 gift cert. to there, as it is insane and packed with crazed deal-seeking Minnesotans and Wisconsinites. They ridiculously underestimated the demand for their Swedish goods, much like Amazon underestimated demand for Hec's tasty brain stylings.
IKEA in Athens amusing me for some reason.
They are testing the fire alarm. I may go mad.
