hi Hil!
Yeah. I got nothing.
That's interesting, Matt, about the promos. I never even thought to look at them that way. I guess I figured the now-they're-broken-up aspect kind of kills any outside meaning. Or I would have, if I'd thought about it.
Although I have to say the Jennifer Garner love chain of Scott Foley to Michael Vartan to Ben Affleck does look kind of odd. Ben should probably keep an eye on her next leading man.
Hi Lee!
I spent most of today organizing a bunch of boxes of family papers that have been sitting in the basement for years. I found receipts from everything that my grandfather bought in 1943. He bought some suits. He bought a chair. He bought a cookie jar. He bought a ton of other stuff, and saved all the receipts, in a folder where they were interspersed with things like immigration papers. He did this for 1943, and only 1943. I have no idea why.
Well, today was fun. After choosing to work from home, I got to chip my car out of a block of ice and then discovered that every restaurant within comfortable driving distance was closed except for McDonald's.
Ben should probably keep an eye on her next leading man.
Or worry if her next movie co-stars Portia DeRossi.
Hi Hil! That's a kind of nifty thing to run across. How much did a cookie jar go for in 1943?
This stupid kiosk won't let me copy text.
Sean, just considered yourself poo mocked, okay?
Well, 1943 was the only year that pennies were made of steel....
How much did a cookie jar go for in 1943?
$1.73, I believe.
