I mean, let's say you did kill us. Or didn't. There could be torture. Whatever. But somehow you found the goods. What would your cut be?

Huh. Interesting.

FTR, not asking, but I was just curious.

Our wings are not tired

I couldn't really come up with a system other than just trusting people to do the right thing. Last year we had many more folks that were willing to give a little bit more than those that needed the help, so hopefully it will hold true again this year.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Is my covering the cashier and bartender included, or is that a seperate thing. Also, Kristin, remind me what the cost for those two are. I could flip back, I suppose, but I'm lazy and trying to catch up in other threads.

I don't think those two items are taken into account Heather. I'll make a note of it and calculate it in as I'm doing the totals.

I'm not sure they count toward the total, do they? If not, maybe I can throw a little extra in there.

I believe the total on those items is $150 inclusive of tax and tip. Kristin is going to double check with our contact.

Let's play it by ear on the extra for the moment and see how much money starts to come in first. I'm setting up a spreadsheet to track everything right now.

Also double checking things, the bartenders fee does not count against the $1500 that we need to spend.

I didn't think it would.

Heather, I've got a spreadsheet tracking all of the expenses so if you want to Paypal the bartenders fees my way at any point I'll be able to put it into the whole mess. I'm trying to make sure that we basically just give the St. Louis one credit card at the end of all this. Actually part of it will be about a month before everything, but you get what I mean.
