Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Yep - you'll be taking the Mile High Club to a whole nother level.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, yeah!

Edit: Wonder if it'll be that cutie pilot I met last summer...

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Please don't hate me if I do, baseball loving people.

::reschedules Fay's salon visit with the gaggle of scabby street punks on Haight Street::

You flibbertijibbet.

Wait a minute...Why isn't Raq going to the A's game?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Just a baseball note - I'm planning on BARTing over to the game. Much easier than dealing with bridge traffic.

I have to drive to pick up Emmett and then return him to his Mom.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Monday is sorta unplanned at this point. Certainly seems doable.

I'd love to see the de Young. The Milwaukee Art Museum has a lovely collection of FLW and others from the Arts and Crafts period. We also have Spring Green with his school and main home. It tends to make Wisconsinites a bit into Wright enthusiasts. I took Larry to Spring Green when he was out to visit and he didn't even know who FLW was! I was amazed, but then, see previous sentence.

The Ravensbrew is in elite company, since I feel that way about Jamaican Blue Mountain and Kona, as well.

I’m with you, at least on the Kona. I think of it as “afternoon coffee”. I’m willing to pick up a grinder at target or Costco or whatever.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Piping up after two days of being dark dark dark -

I definitely want to go thrifting and I'd like to tag along with Jilli, hoping that some of her thrift-fu will work on my behalf.

Definitely want to go to the DeYoung - and the lecture sounds good (plus, AmyParker!).

Trying to fight my way through the work that's been piling up so I can actually take time to PACK (since I always overpack, this is no small feat).

(bounce, bounce it's a week away!)

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

How much do I love that the email address for the Alcatraz evening trip is telesails@blueandgoldfleet.com ? Is that cute or what?!!

(In case you're wondering, that's a yes to the Friday evening excursion.)

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I have a coffee grinder I can bring, Vortex, so no need to buy one.
