I'm bringing my bar kit. Corkscrew included. No worries.
(letting breath out) That's right - I'm an idiot. Thank you, my love. One thing scratched off the list.
Suite will have wines both red and white, a couple of bubbly things augmented by the lovely Perkins, and I'm thinking also some cherry liqueur (for kir royales) and peach nectar (for bellinis). Should we add a couple of other things - NOT a lot, please? And if so, what? Try and keep it down to four things, and consense it, because I don't drink and I don't know anything about it except that I don't want to spend my food fund on 20-year-old bottles of of booze.
But four - max, five - things beyond wine and bubbly.
I'll be bringing the old bottles of scotch with me, no need to buy them. I've actually got a bunch of booze, if there's room in the car I'll toss a bunch of it in, I actually rarely drink at home and the stuff just sits here.

Nooooooooo, creme de cassis!
Nooooooooo, creme de cassis!
Yep - that's what I meant. I have kirsch on the brain (for an evil dessert for Saturday night and did I mention I MIGHT BE FEEDING PETER STRAUB?
ND, yes please - just let me know what it is, so I won't double up.
Heading out for a bit. I think Pete's right - we're going to need a new thread, like, SOON.
Jilli,I'm going to load a box with Starbucks Dark Bold - Sumatra, I think it is.
Eh, being the complete coffee snobs that we are, we tend to find a lot of Starbucks over-roasted. If there's a coffee grinder, I can bring some whole bean of a particularly good Ravensbrew cuppa.
I'll bring the following:
Dewar's Special Reserve 12 yo
Johnnie Walker Gold Label 18 yo
Bowmore
Full 750ml of Stoli
Mostly full 750ml of Malibu Rum
Mostly full 750ml of Peppermint Schnapps
The Scotch is what I enjoy, most of the other stuff is left over from random parties at my place.
Ravensbrew
OMGYESPLEASE. (Bring it ground if you have to -- it's not that far to travel.)
I agree about Starbucks, but I'll drink it if the alternative is Hotel Swill.
I was going to suggest Trader Joe's Ethiopian Yergacheffe, since it's both delicious and cheap.
I can bring a bag or two of local coffee as well - either Trieste or Cafe Greco.
Bouncing.
No, nothing constructive to offer. Just bouncing. Eee!
Someone tell me that just because the F2F is almost here I'm still not allowed to stop working on my designs. I really have no desire at all to go sit in a hot stuffy theatre tonight.
