Winchester House is visible from the street, but the full effect, inside, is very unsettling.

I say, blithely volunteering the time and patience of Laura and whoever else is in the rental car....
My time and patience is always available for Sean and S. What ND said about coordinating the Winchester trip Friday night. (after we get back from Alcatraz) We can figure out what size vehicle we need then. I shouldn't think we would need to reserve a car in advance. But that can happen too.

At present, we are at $2825. That does not include a check from Lee that I am expecting, nor any other checks that may have been sent.

Question - has the previous party protocol has been to roll the excess money back into the Buffista fund? We did not have a travel fund this year - did we in previous years?

Juliana, last year we put the excess toward people who needed travel assistance.
Reason why I love working with the HICC, part 3,456: I just the official banquet/catering request form to look over, sign and fill out.
It includes all the booze brands that were asked for, including a column headed "Foofy Drinks".
Off to store. My week just got exponentially busier, since I'm now a volunteer at HWA so that I can attend my own signing, and get to meet Peter Straub, of whom I am a humongous fan.

Nope, at least not this year; food etc being supplied by the locals. I'm thinking if there's extra, it should go into the emergency travel fund.
