Fay, I'd love to try the sheesha if you bring it. I'm not a smoker at all, but it sounds so very exotic I'd like to say I've tried it once!
Tequila lime tart sounds absolutely fab! I love anything with lime in it.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Do you need ashtrays for sheesha?
Nope. But I think Deb was just demonstrating her chilled-with-people-smoking-outside-ness, rather than suggesting a link between the sheesha and the ashtray, as such. Maybe.
Well, if people are interested I could totally bring one over, and a selection of flavours of tobacco. It's very "Egypt, baby"
Jess, the swag page has been saying the tote bag is "temporarily out of stock" for nearly a week, maybe more. I wanted it because I use totes--a lot (I'm trying to *not* wear out my Nillytour tote), and the tote has Pete's SF2F graphic plus the tour dates on it. Can we make more? Can we make *them* make more?
We have no control over Cafepress' stock -- if it's out of stock, it's because they ran out of blank totes to print on.
Beverly, is it the yellow one?
eta: Nevermind. I'm thinking of the messenger bag.
Hmmm. Wondering about the WInchester House expedition - it's actually in San Jose, a good 50 miles south of the City. Since it's essentially on the way out of town for ND, I'm not sure how you're going to a) fit it in, and b) get AmyLiz and others back up to the City, unless there are two or more vehicles going. Saturday morning might actually work best for that particular expedition; less timecrunched for people. Just sayin'...

Yep!
Oh, while I'm thinking about it, a request, specifically for Fay and AmyLiz, but just something to remember: I am grotesquely perfume-sensitive, and Nic is nearly as bad (which pisses me off, because I used to at least be able to dab one wrist with Bal a Versailles and now it brings up itchy hives and makes Nic choke). So begging for the environmental allergy understanding-indulgence-awareness thing, please? I know perfume is as automatic as toothpaste in the morning for a lot of people, so I thought it best to mention it.
Tequila lime tart it shall be. One more thing for the list for Lilibeth - getting me early access to the hospitality suite. If it's possible for Nic to get the time together, I can have him hook up the DVD player and not have to bug ND with it; Nic has a weekly status meeting at work everyt Thursday, so it may be tricky.
Also, asking for two small fridges for the suite, but I'm also going to bring up one of my coolers and put it probably in the suite's bathroom; that can be loaded with beer and soda, and replenished from as needed.
DYING over the haute couture Gaultier champagne bondage bubbly.

That would make me happy too.
Deb, I'm getting in Thursday afternoon, so think of me if there's anything I can help you with Friday.

This sounds absolutely marvelous.
deb, thanks again for all your hard work. I know you dig it, but it's still a lot of work. And, it's appreciated.
Oh, deb? How are you around things like hairspray? Not that I use a ton, but I don't know how sensitive you and Nic are.
Please to consider this a general "my pleasure".
Also reminding both Amy and Fay that we have multiple cats. Luckily, we also have hard floors rather than carpets, air purifiers up the wazoo, and Robbie the Robot (I love the Dyson suckmonster with a stone passion) and I'm fierce about minimising the cat hair deal. Remember to bring allergy meds, just in case, though. And I usually have some in the house.
