Always Anti-fascist!

My dad is so weird about that...money, and the American Way and such. I remember being a little kid and telling my dad that I thought "The People" being in China's name sounded cool, and that we should put People in our name too...he seriously got all wigged. I was eight and wouldn't have known a communist from Mr. Magoo, but he lectured me about it anyway. The stuff he said doesn't survive; just his feeling that I said something very very Wrong, but not dirty.

It was really fun to get a chance to talk to Tom. He's almost fabulous enough to be married to Nora.

Just booked my ticket. Because I was slacker, I'm only paying $129 each way! woooooooooo!! I'm staying an extra day to get the cheap ticket, so what's going on Monday?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

what's going on Monday?

There's the Aquarium in Monterey, or there's going to be a nice wander around in the City proper, for people who want to see more of the City, maybe shop a little bit, eat cracked crab down at the Wharf, see the pretty Italian boys at Steps of Rome in juliana's neighbourhood, go down to Ocean Beach, up to the top of the hill and commune with the Pacific and the seals and the waves crashing in, etc etc etc....

Yep. I suspect I'm going to be limp as a rag come the Monday, and definitely in the "earthquake bad, City pretty" stage.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Ahh...smell the pay day! I bought my Alcatraz tour ticket today, sent money to juliana and bought a dress. Woot!! I can't believe it's only 5 weeks away!
