Alas, you're low. Remember the hospitality suite has to get paid for.
Gulp. If we haven't made our goal when we get closer to date I'll kick in some more.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

We're still a ways off, I think - what are we going to need to pay ahead of time, and when? Maybe having those dates and numbers will spur people along sooner rather than later.
Laura, no panic. I have one or two things that need taking care of first, but I haven't sent juliana mine yet. And ND is covering the fourth night of the HS himself, so it's just three nights.
No worries. We'll get it taken care of. And the hotel isn't asking for even a deposit until the week of the event.
We haven't contributed either, but will closer to the date once some cash gets freed up.
brenda, any chance you have any of your yummy Ponche left?

I've still got to kick in a little more to the fund. I was waiting to see how it was going and what my finances looked like. Pretty darn good, actually; all the overtime I've been putting in makes a nifty paycheck.
Well, it helps that we were able to keep associated costs down, specifically in the PA/audio-video area. We were very fortunate in the people at hotel, and I'm going to send both Eva and Lilibeth nice prezzies once the party is over; any caterer will tell you that event staff who know their shit and work with you are worth their weight in gold.
Wandering my city makes me happy.
This is one of the things I would love to do -- just wander, take in the sights and smells and sounds.
I want to do that, too. Put Em in her stroller and just wander. Specifcally that park near Deb's house with the big dome thingy in it.
Oh, I LOVES me some Three Olives. Yum.
does your bar carry it? cause they should.

That would be Golden Gate Park, and the big dome thingy is the Victorian Conservatory of Flowers. Three minutes walk from my house.
We should also sneak out and eat at Louis', a nice reasonable diner food place with the most breathtaking views imaginable. Perched up the hill from the Cliff House restaurant, which is neither diner nor reasonable.
