No, they aren't. Which is why I've decided to go with something a little simpler. In fact, I may only get my current ones touched up a little to refresh the colors; they are, after all, 20 years old now.

I had my one and only touched up a few years back -- it wasn't too old, maybe three years, but the guy who did it the original? His very first night tattooing on his own. Did a good job, but the colors faded, and it needed a stronger outline. Cost over $50 just to do that, I think, and it's not big.

I should just point out that at an event known for its smooshing, hugging and general hi-jinx, including a buttload of walking and sometimes long flights, a fresh tattoo might be more itchy, painful, inflamed trouble than you might want.
Just my opinion of course.

Oh, definitely after the prom. I'm not doing the marathon or the ballgame so I'm thinking my only free time is Sunday day, early afternoon. Which counts some people out, I'm sure. Maybe most, which would be sad. I'd hate to weep pitifully like a sniveling child without anyone around to snark at me...
