Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

How was the trip, Kristin? Was much bonding had by all?

If by "bonding" you mean "periodically roping the canoes together so as not to die" then yes.

No, seriously, it was a great trip except for yesterday when we had a huge wind storm while trying to get down a 12 mile stretch of river with inexperienced 9th graders. I have been canoeing since I was a child and actually taught it when I was a camp counselor, and I have never seen conditions that bad. I'm going to write about it in my LJ some time this weekend and will link to it then for the rest of the details.

I'm really glad I did the trip, but between the wind storm and the bumps and bruises along the way, I am beyond drained right now. It's good (oh so good) to be home. And now...SPRING BREAK! I've never needed one more.

Thanks for asking!

is it appropriate to bring a guest to prom?

Plenty of people have brought guests in the past, I see no reason we should exclude Ms. Shapiro.

Well, at least the trip was memorable! Glad you got home safe and sound, Kristin.

Sounds like I should start looking at airfares. I'll do that and then not look at my credit card balances for a long, long time.

I've altered the tour date image to allow the 'Buffista' & 'F2F' parts to be clearer. I'm now just waiting on Cafe Press that's currently being fussy and won't let me log in.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Since you're altering anyway, does the placement of the tour date graphic seem off to anyone? It looks on my screen like it's further down the shirt than I would expect, and I just wanted to check if that's deliberate or a screen issue or something.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Cafepress is down, but I'll check when it comes back up.

Jess, I'll drop you an email when I get it downloaded. It's designed with grey shirts in mind but it might be good to use it on the white ones too.

Brenda, placement is an automated thing that Cafe Press does. Since the graphic takes up the entire available space we have no wiggle room to move it.
