Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Don't just stand there Noooooooooooooooing, woman, grab a rope!

Restraining. Consentually.

Well, Kristin and I are consenting...

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Do we have to do anything at this point if we're interested in the Alcatraz night tour?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Anne, no idea. Mme. Aimee was the source of knowledge on that one.

Question for those coming in for longer than a couple of days: do you know about the MUNI Passport?

It lets you ride anything in the City, anywhere, as often as you like, including the cable cars. Except BART, that is.

If, for instance, you were planning on taking a cable car more than twice in one day? These are a good idea. A cable car ride is up to $5 a pop these days, so a one day, run around the City, take as many bus, Metro or cable car rides as you want for $11 is a fantastic deal.

I'm getting the pig!

Anne, I *believe* the options are 1) purchase your ticket directly from the website or 2) Paypal Aimee the amount of the ticket (and probably good to send a little extra to cover the Paypal fees) for her to purchase.

ETA: Even scrolling back and not going from (groggy) memory, I'm a little confused. Best bet is probably to just wait for Aimee to get back from Vegas.

Thanks, Nicole!

Also, the MUNI passport looks like an excellent idea.
