And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Or some people only voted for 1 option. (The Meat and Veg categories both have odd numbers, which could only happen if some people voted for only 1, or 3, etc.)

I'm not concerned -- the numbers are close enough on all options that I think whatever ends up on the table will be eaten and enjoyed.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Nah - or actually, yep, Jess. I'm just going to ignore the numeric differential, since I don't believe in them anyway. Whatever the foods are with the longest lines next to them, those will get served.

See? If I think of it as art instead of math, I do fine.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Anyone want to go to Alcatraz? I have a sick and twisted need to shut Em in a cell and take a picture.

If the tour has an animatronic version of Anthony Clark from The Rock that I can beat to death with a crowbar, I'm in.

Seriously though, the night tour sounds great, and the Buffistas would be the absolute perfect tour group to see it with.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Aimee, what Drew said. I'm totally in for Alcatraz. Will likely pee my pants, but I'm in anyway. I'll just bring extra pants.

I too am intrigued by the night tour of Alcatraz. Jilli is undecided.

Honestly, the real question for me is, what other things are planned for the same night?

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Pete is me.

Except with fewer bosoms. And more access to Jillitime. And less access to pyramids. And he may have fewer shiny handbags, maybe.

But otherwise, he's me.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Or some people only voted for 1 option.

Or zero options. I didn't vote for any of the seafood choices because I don't like seafood.

Our wings are not tired.

DX is dead to me, or you know, I'll eat his share of seafood.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

And DX is me! so like, I get to be cool and build bookshelves.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Honestly, the real question for me is, what other things are planned for the same night?

Usually there's not a lot formally planned for the first night -- sometime between midafternoon and early evening everyone congregates in the hospitality suite for drinks and nibbling and chatting, then there's a lot of peeling off into smaller groups for dinner, with a handful of folks just bopping back and forth between the hospitality suite and the hotel bar for most of the night.
