Polka is fun as hell. I say bring it on.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!
My parents polkad at our wedding.
To "Ring of Fire".
How much do I love this image?
ND, the reason I brought this entire thing up in the first place is because you told me yourself at the time that, of the 20,000 songs available on your hard drive, NOT ONE SONG was by the Stones.
Hence my fierceness. I want some classic rock. It's not as if I'm talking about some garage band who did some obscure demo tape for Armpit Records in West Fissure in 1978 - we're talking Rolling Stones, damn it.

Those were the geezers who played at the Super Bowl, right?
Rolling Stones
They were around back in the '80's, weren't they?

Yep. And without a single wardrobe malfunction. Which, all things considered, is a good thing, because who wants to look at Mick's nipple?

And the seventies, and the sixties, and....hell, considering Keith is the Walking Undead, they'll probably be around long after I'm dust.
And besides, they cover the "music from every decade" requirement.
Deb, I don't think that's true. I'm fairly certain Drew has several Stones albums.

Didn't they tweak some lyrics and clean up a song?
I remember the Stones thing being an issue in LA too -- we finally found a Bowie track (can't remember which song), but the laptop with all the music on it was very much lacking in pre-1980 music.
I could be wrong. I'm sure Drew will be up shortly and will address it. In any case, I have a huge pre-80's collection and can share it with him if he doesn't.
OH!! "Female of the Species" - Space Lyrics cause, well, Jill will be there and I wanna see her dance again.
Heh.
I would like to hear: "Ribbons" by Sisters of Mercy, "The Chauffeur" by Duran Duran, "Face to Face" by Siouxsie, and either "Transylvanian Concubine" or "Gingerbread Coffin" by Rasputina. All of those will allow me to get my swoop on.
