Okay, Kristin called Marvin and it should be all worked out with the new rates. Give them about 15 minutes to make sure that the word makes it down the chain and then you can call back and check on it.
F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Drive by post: Jon, sorry about that. The original contract had had the wrong numbers on it (the ones you listed), and I'd had Marvin revise it before I signed. He had forgotten to go down and fix it with the reservations desk. In any case, it's all set now. Let me know if you (or anyone else) has any more problems.
Thanks guys, and no worries. I'll call again tomorrow morning and let you know how I fare.
You may remember a few weeks back, when I said that I'd likely be in Chicago next week.
Well, it's official. I'll be there from 1/10 until 1/14.
Any chance of a F2F some evening?
I'm going to be in NOLA next weekend, from Thursday through Monday. Is there anything helpful I can do while I'm there?
Meet me for a drink? We could do it at the St. Louis and confirm that it's gonna be a good site...
It's vital to the success of the mission! When's good for you? I'll be there visiting college friends, but so far my schedule's completely open.
This is 13th-17th? Friday is already booked, but otherwise I am free. (eta: aside from the working 8-4 M-F thing)
I just got off the phone with the reservations woman at the St. Louis.
Me: "I called yesterday to make a reservation for May. I'm with a group..."
Her (interrupting me): "Mr. Bernhardt? I already changed it. You're all set."
Nice service! And thanks ND and Kristin!
I love it when a plan comes together.
