"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Word - is there any way we could have you for a just-before or just-after kind of deal? 'Cause I bet there'll be Buffistas hanging around...?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I'm with Bev and Fay. Can you sneak out after the graduation ceremony? Which day is it? Because if it's Friday, or even Saturday, you could be here in time for Prom and so quality hanging-out time.

In other news, I'm not sure what the approved method in the past is for handling this, but I have a need and an attendent question:

How would I go about getting a good close ballpark estimate of how many attendees we're going to have at Prom? Because obviously, that's going to affect a) how much food we order for the buffet, and b) the individual cost to each person attending.

Based on what I'm seeing, this particular F2F is going to be a goodish size. But are we talking thirty people at prom? Fifty? A hundred?

Right now, they have us pencilled in as a 70-person event, but that's tentative and they know that. So I'd like to get that number closer to reality ASAP, so we can start sending juliana money for this.

Email? Or...?

How do I find out?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

email might be easier and less cluttered? Or is a roll call a good use of thread?

I'm getting the pig!

Couldn't we do a poll?

I like the poll idea, if that would work. Just a nice simple one, Two boxes, one with yes, I am attending Prom, and the second with 'I am bringing (one two three four) guests'.

Something like that?

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I am pro-poll.

I am also pro-poll.

No clue how to set one up, though.

should we hold off paypal-ing juliana until after the numbers are nailed down some? It's on my list of stuff to do before flying to London this week.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Couldn't we do a poll?

On it.
