Update from Eva (who seems to get into work nice and early), to answer the quad/double room issue, and also the smoking room issue:
When someone asks for a quad room, we automatically put them on a double/double room. We don't really have a room with 4 beds for aquad. We can provide roll-away beds if requested, however we can also assign them to a room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. It is already noted in the reservation that there will be 4 people in the room, hence we assign the dbl/dbl with sofa. And I'll put all your blocks into non-smoking rooms.
So, there you go. And if they don't want to charge us extra for the extra person? Dude. That would work for me. (But they probably will...)
