Mal: You tell me right now, little Kaylee, you really think you can do this? Kaylee: Sure. Yeah. I think so. 'Sides, if I mess up, not like you'll be able to yell at me.

F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Because books.

Deb, I will be there! (Wheeee!) What about Bev, though? Am I confused, or was she bunking with you, too?

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

So who's going to be sticking around into the week after the F2F? Because, while I don't know how feasible it really would be for me, I might be able to fly into the Bay the Monday after my graduation on Sunday and stay for a week or something.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Deena just caught up and I'm also full of the squee. I haven't said much because it seems utterly unreal that I'll get to meet so many buffistas I've never met before and I don't want to jinx it.

It is up to the airline goddesses when I arrive and leave SF. I don't have to leave until Monday 3pm-ish local time.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Amy, I'm bunking with Ginger and Anne at the hotel this time around. But I expect to see you lots during the, um, duration. Ginger and I should be getting in Thursday sometime, and Deb has granted me floor space on Monday night so I can do the aquarium thing. At last word, Ginger hadn't made up her mind but I think she may be throwing herself on the mercy of a localista Monday night as well.

Apparently all our squeeing has frightened Pete off. He's probably cringing at his computer right now with his hands over his (squinchy) face, reading our posts through his fingers. It's possibly the most adorable thing ever.

Nope, I had to leave the house to go play the gallant husband: the high winds this afternoon damaged the bridge Jilli's bus takes from work. The bridge was closed and, as per usual, this caused the whole area's traffic to grind to a halt. I took a circuitous route that was congested but wasn't a parking lot. Total time of round trip: 2 hours 15 minutes. Yuk.

ION, Perkins & JZ; of course you realize, this means war...

Also, am I doing the Pooh reading at F2F?

So who's going to be sticking around into the week after the F2F?

I'm probably going to be, though it's not certain yet. I have a family gathering in San Jose the weekend after, and I kind of want to make one long trip out of it, but I won't know for sure until a little closer to the gate.

The status is NOT quo.

NO MORE BEEPING!

Seriously, my nose is itching like crazy. Meanie faces.

Alos, Pete, ftr, the Miracleborns and Drew have already made sure that Em knows that my nose is especially fun to beep.

BEEP!

What can I say? I couldn't resist...

As an added bonus Jilli will probably read all this tomorrow and the beeping will get her too! Double-duty beeping!
