Question: We will be juggling some other social obligations while in San Francisco (We have some very good friends that live in the Nevada City area as well as other friends) and I was wondering, just to file away, what the presedence (why can I not spell that word today??) was regarding friends of Buffistas attending the prom and such... They also have a toddler (will be 3 next month)... will there be a Buffista babysitter, or are kids going to be at the prom as well?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!
There were a number of friends at the DC prom, Nora, including one of Aimee's that I was very glad was there, since he was a Mac guy, and that was the only way my computer kept working.
Dunno about the kids though.
I should remember to tell my husband to bring balloons for balloon animals for any kids...
There is the probability that K-Bug will come and babysit Prom night. Being the typical teenager, she wants to keep her options open right now, but she has said she would consider the idea. She has kiddo experience and, as other Buffista can attest, she is fairly level headed.

It is true! You can balance a tennis ball on her head and it doesn't roll off.
Nora, I had asked if Maidengirl's K-Bug wouldcome over and hang in our room with Em for a bit. We'd pay her in booze and pills pizza and soda and some cash. MG said she might be open to it, depending, and maybe C would come as well.
BWah! X-posty with MG herself.
Aimee - I must take this moment to comment on your hotitude in that picture!
I think we ought to put aside some money as a babysitter stash.
And I'd totally trust the K with my daughter, except after a couple of days, my daughter would have K partying with her in SoBe at Daymond's beachfront condo, or maybe in the limo with N'Sync (looking not so innocently at ita). My daughter's good at subverting the innocence paradigm.
