We still may be okay. I just got the call today for a design at SCR at the end of May. I should have a schedule in the next few days and that will tell me how tight the F2F weekend will be. Hopefully I'll be fine since I'd still like to spend a few extra days up there.

I will double check, but I am fairly certain I still have a suite that would not cost us anything.

If we wanted to cater in food, that would be $, or we can just hit the ballpark stand for food. You are "not supposed" to bring outside food into the suites, but I've never seen the food police there either.
