Can I run in my plaid schoolgirl skirt instead?

As long as you don't mind every male (and half the females) in the race running behind you.

The status is NOT quo.

Oo! I want to run in my micro-mini kilt and tiara!

Just remember, the proper way to wear a kilt (or substitute) is regimental.

Kate, I'm REALLY sorry I missed getting together with you while you were here. I had work stuff to do pretty much every time you were nearby, and I just couldn't get out of it. If you make it out here again sometime, I'll clear my whole schedule for you. Or maybe I'll just have to make a trip out east sometime soon.
