It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Nora, bebe, don't think for a minute my eagerness to come back lets you and Tom off the hook for the SF F2F next spring...

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

And Vortex missed her flight.

stupid security. My wallet fell out of my purse and I didn't notice when I put my purse into my carryon. so, I couldn't board the flight.

Had a lovely time with Deb in Boston. My steak was indeed perfect, they did medium rare nicely. and let's not forget the onion loaf. mmmmm. wierdly smooth mashed potatoes though. i'm used to the trendy bit of skin with lumps so that you know that they're real.

sorry to miss the party on Sunday, but getting out to Reading, and then to the airport would have taken so much time that I would have been there for about an hour. I just went shopping instead. It was right next to the airport! Plus, I didn't get to shop on Friday because of The Snow. You couldn't see five feet. It was crazy. Luckily, it abated in time for me to meet Deb.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yo New Yorkistas!

I am in Manhattan right now AIFG! I'll be around until Friday. Unfortunately, I don't have internet access at my hotel, so I'll only be able to check in here and at my profile address sporadically, but I will make a special effort to check tomorrow morning in case anyone is free to meet me and DH for lunch tomorrow or Thursday or Friday or maybe something tomorrow evening.

Trudy, I am down for lunch near your work, just pick a day and let me know.

For the record?

The 2-bedroom, 3-bath, panoramic view over Central Park suite at the Trump International at 1 Central Park West?

Really really REALLY nice. Ask AmyLiz; she stayed here with me last night. And Jessica and her DH came up.

And my daughter's boyfriend rocks for letting me stay there.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Our wings are not tired.

And my daughter's boyfriend rocks for letting me stay there.

Yay for the good life! Sweeeeet that you and AmyLiz were able to have such a pleasant environment for your visit.

SwankTASTIC. The television is bigger than my entire apartment.

Because books.

SwankTASTIC. The television is bigger than my entire apartment.

An understatement. It was to die for.

And I got to meet Deb, who is as vivid and wonderful in person as she is in cyberspace, and Jessica and her very lovely husband. And I had Afghan food for the first time! (It was yummy.) Wonderful trip, despite the freeze-your-limbs-off temperatures yesterday.

Swankariffic? Swankalicious?

Uber-swankalicious, perhaps?
