Film Forum in NYC is like this -- faaaaaaaaaaabulous programming, but the seats, they hurt!
Yeah, even when the old seats at the Brattle weren't actively trying hurt you, they were back-breakers. The ones they replaced them with are SOOOOO much better. The sound still leaves a lot to be desired, and it's a back-projection theater, which is just very odd.
However, best theater EVAH to sit in the front row because you get lot's of leg room and the screen is set back far enough so you don't strain you eyes from being too close.
Andi, it's not updated because I can't find Fredlet. She's not answering her email these days, and it's driving me batshit.
Anyway, signing, Friday, details as previously mentioned.

Hey! Now everyone will grab those front row seats! ('course it may not matter in 6 weeks' time... sigh)

Are you trying to Bogart the front row of the Brattle or something?

Sad now.
On Wednesday I took in some film that had been at the bottom of my purse for a long time, long enough that I thought there might be some Nilly pictures on there.
They were there for a leetle longer than I thought.
There were also pictures from the LA F2F.
I'll post them here and in LJ tonight.
Okay, I hope I have done this right. There are a few Nilly tour pictures here.

My god. Nilly and the cat are of a size.
And the first few of the LA F2F are here [link] Flickr doesn't want to let me upload any others until I pay them money, so it may be a few minutes.
