Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Okay, loading the car, stop at the library, the post office, gas up and I'm on the road. Give me good roads, DoT!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Daniel, let's just say the Bryant-Lake Bowl at 11 a.m. The BLB is on W. Lake Street and S. Aldrich. Precise address is 810 W Lake St, Minneapolis, MN, and phone number is 612.825.3737.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Getting on the plane now. See you in MN!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Yay!

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

UBER yay!

Off to call juliana, and go buy moisturiser, and maybe a nifty brown skirt or trousers on Nicollet Mall.

Sunny out there, and pretty.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Can someone in MN nudge juliana and see if perchance a package of some sort has arrived at her place?

Also, someone else swaddle Perkins up in fleecy blankets and maybe make her wear a helmet, before another inanimate object attacks her and busts her up some more.

eta: Please. How rude of me not to say please right up front! My mama raised me right, but apparently it didn't take.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Helloooooooooooooo!

The reading was very small -- just the 5 of us -- but Deb read a very creepy scene, and then talked about the Kincaid Chronicles.

Sadly, my camcorder was dead on arrival, and so even though I stopped off on the way to the bookstore to buy a fresh new tape, I could not get it to record a single frame. Boo!

We are now back at the hotel gathering in the lobby to go get coffee or dessert or something. Pictures will be taken!
