I've wanted for yearsandyearsandyears, and this afternoon, while blindly staggering through shops, laden down with stuff I probably don't need, feeling grumpy at the dearth of Buffy or Angel DVDs (or indeed Smallville DVDs within my price range) I suddenly saw the soundtrack! Sitting there! Flaunting itself! And now it is
mine!
And so is the DVD!
Bwahahahahahahaha!
God, I have such a mighty love-on for Elfman's Jack. Bless. Blessity Bless.
I've had the Nightmare sdtrk for yonks, 'cuz it's good for (a) xmas mixes (b) Halloween mixes and (c) "Sally's Song" is good for odd torch song mixes.
Making Christmas, Making Christmas, Time to give them something fun....Snakes and mice get wrapped up nice with spider legs and pretty bows...
I
love
this soundtrack. Am soooo happy!

I think we need to get you stateside for some xmas just so you can watch this with Jilli.
We've got two sixteen inch articulated Jack figures on top of our book case here. Very elegant. He was designed to be a cross between Fred Astaire and a Daddy Longlegs.
And so he is.
I think a
little
of the shine has gone out of TNBC since I've encountered (a) The Grinch and (b) The Sandman, but it's still one of my favourite kids' movies.
(Am now listening to the London cast of the Stage version of
The Lion King.
This is one of my favourite stage musicals, because the visuals - my GOD, they're amazing. Wow. But the music is also v. catchy, especially in the Stage Show version. Love. It.)
Kristin - the A's are out of town, but the Giants are hosting the Diamondbacks when you are here.
I'm just sayin.
lexine is being all tempty.
Hey babe, if the A's were in town, I'd have a luxury suite for you. But alas, I have no such ability with the Giants.
Tempty and MEAN! Wow, that would have been so much fun.
Not trying to be mean. Just pointing out that certain obsessions have their perks.
