Who wants to go see Bauhaus with me?
Me. Shame about that whole country in between us thing.
Jilli - are they playing anywhere on Halloween proper? I'm just curious because that would seem to be such a great night to see them.
Granted, maybe they just go out and play instead.
That you rarely sleep, love a good Scotch, are well acquainted with a variety of debaucheries, and look very fetching in eyeliner.
I knew I missed ND, I just couldn't remember why.
Hey, what about a fall Buffista desert encampment? I'm partial to Arizona in December, but it's not quite warm enough for that -- October?
I found a hotel that I believe would be perfect for any Phoenix f2f needs.

But the off-season rate doesn't start till after Memorial day so they're at $159 too. But I think we could get everything we wanted and Mill Ave. Yay!

Then we'll just have to go see Nightmare Before Christmas at the El Capitan on Halloween proper.
The little gothlings that go will FLIP when they see Jilli.
No no, Halloween is when we go to Disneyland and I go on the Haunted Mansion over and over and over.
Etiquette question - per deb's comment - which fork is it proper to use to spear the arse of a recalcitrant event manager?

Now, along with a bunch of money it is, alas, gone. But I think that if something is a FAMILY CASTLE you can't just lose it to the tax man. Surely there is some ancient baronial law or right of kings or something that says that if we show up with horses and a trebuchet and
capture
it we can then keep it.
Besides, its a bank now and they're not so likely to put up a fight.
So here is my proposal for F2F '07, if we've captured the castle by then we can have it there. If you
help
me capture the castle you can live in one of the turrets full time.
