First rule of that job: Don't ACTUALLY be a virgin.
Not so difficult to manage in Vegas, or so I'm told.
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Interrupting Vegas and microclimate talk for a quick Somervillian F2F announcement:
If anyone coming to Salem this afternoon has extra folding/outdoor chairs (eek, or tables!) and a way to transport them easily, they would be much needed and much appreciated for this afternoon.
Thanks! See you shortly!
Nora, will do.
wheeee!!!!! Thanks so much.
Appointment tomorrow at half past one, at the Ramada Plaza (Nicole stayed there; I think Sean knows the hotel, as well). 8th and Market.
With a very solid bid in hand from their competition around the corner at the Holiday Inn, we'll see what they can do....
Deb - Deena, Tep, Perkins and Jessica stayed there also. Lots o' peeps there during the Nilly SF gathering.
The parking situation was a PITA but other than that, I have few complaints.
I *did* break the bed... but the fix-it guy was very quick to respond and they didn't try to blame me for it.
I can vouch that their wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are very nice, and their floors quite comfy.

I only hope you had a grand time breaking it, bebe.
We'll see what they can do for us. Their initial bid is way higher than the HICC, and I'm curious to see if they can remotely match it. If it's reasonable and basically within the requirements list, I'll absolutely ofefer it up.
But right now, it's going to take some doing on their part. The room rate of $119 a night is simply not acceptable.
Going to also ring up the Hotel Milano, as my third option. They're in a perfect location, basically attached to the San Francisco Centre.

Hee! Hee hee hee hee hee hee hee.
Good times.
Oh! Also, the hotel restaurant has good breakfast food and there's a Starbuck's right off of the lobby. Walgreen's is just down the street, Burger King is across the street, a Well's Fargo ATM is down the street from the Burger King and Deena and I could possibly show people where the all night bakery is located. You know, just in case anyone eats a big lunch, yaps and drinks through dinner and then realizes how hungry they are at 2am.
Hypothetically, of course.
